The De Tijger Estate is situated just off the N1 at the southern foothill of Tygerberg the Estate is walking distance from the Fairview Shopping Centre, Tygerberg Dual Medium High School and Laerskool De Tyger. Cape Town Waterfront, airport, various regional shopping malls and medical centres only 10 to 20 minutes’ drive. De Tijger Estate is one of only a few estates that have a green zone included within its boundaries.
Our Estate Key pointers:
- 24 hour Security Office and LPR monitored entrance
- Safe roadways with enforced speed limit of 30km/h
- Street cameras covering most of the estate linked to armed response.
- Maintained play areas for the kids…and yes, the parents are allowed.
- We have a maintained green belt embankment around the estate on the lower slope of Tygerberg, below the N1.
- We are rehabilitating it with indigenous vegetation
